AvL Technologies Announces New Roles for Tony Wilkey, Larry Watts and Tea Leaders

AvL Technologies (AvL) CEO Guy Clerici has announced new roles for Tony Wilkey, Larry Watts and several key team leaders.

“AvL is a growing business with an incredibly strong product portfolio and significant investment in product development,” said Guy Clerici. “With this growth trajectory, I’ve moved Tony Wilkey and Larry Watts into new strategic roles, and they’re supported by an amazing group of team leaders. AvL had its best year ever for bookings in 2022, and with this team of leaders we’re focused on delivering great products and extraordinary customer service.”

Tony Wilkey is now Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer reporting to CEO Guy Clerici, and Larry Watts is now Vice President for Operations. Mr. Wilkey was promoted from his role of Senior Vice President with responsibilities for Business Development, Strategic Planning, New Products, Sales and Marketing, and has been with AvL for 14 years. Mr. Watts was Vice President of Programs and has moved to Operations; he has been with AvL for three years and was a business consultant for AvL prior to joining the company and has 30+ years of experience in operations with 20 years at the executive level.

Several other key leaders at AvL have moved into new roles. Jesse Kirby is now Director of Product Engineering, Ryan Cox is now Director of Program Management, Mark Ladow is now Systems Engineering Manager, Zach Akridge is now Senior Manager of Operations, and Mark Fish is now Senior Electrical Product Engineering and Manufacturing Manager. These talented team leaders have worked at AvL for many years and were selected for new roles due to their problem-solving initiative, drive for innovation, customer-first focus, and leadership by example.
