Satcube to Launch Satcube Motion a New Terminal for On-the-move Satellite Communications
Satcube, a fast-growing European technology company that develops lightweight satellite terminals to provide satellite broadband to enable critical communications, announces it will launch a brand-new mobility terminal for on-the-move satellite communications.
Full details will be available at the Satcube stand #2543 at Satellite 2024 in Washington D.C., from March 18th to 21st, where Satcube will launch the new on-the-move terminal, Satcube Motion.
New on-the-move terminal
Satcube Motion will be the smallest and most advanced GEO mobility terminal on the market. The terminal will be easily mountable on any vehicle, thanks to its light weight and small size, and will run on all car battery types. It will be operated through a PC or mobile, enabling anyone to use it easily without any need for prior training.
Robustness & intuitive design
The Satcube Motion follows in the track of its predecessor, the design award-winning Satcube Ku and will combine highly intuitive design and robustness. With its low profile, ruggedness – including IP 67 certification – and secure design, the terminal is ideal for mission-critical operations, even in the most severe conditions.
Global and secure connectivity
With constant performance over all scan angles, the terminal will have global coverage, powered by Intelsat’s GEO network FlexMove. The Satcube Motion will also function independently of GNSS signals, making it the ideal PACE solution for critical communications.
“We are thrilled to reveal our new terminal today. The Satcube Motion reflects all our core values of innovation, reliability, and user-centricity and we cannot wait to see how it will improve our users’ communication capabilities and enable them to focus on their key missions.” says Jakob Kallmer, Satcube’s founder and CEO.
